Return the Goods

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot provide you with a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We also do not accept intimate (underwear) or hygiene products, or products with flammable liquids or gases (lighters). Other non-returnable items:

  • Personalized Items
  • Gift Card
  • Clothing Items (socks, shirts, underwear)

Personalized items are not refundable. Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged as we cannot reuse these products. No personalized items can be returned.

Any item found to be defective will be replaced with an identical product unless a refund is requested. does require the return of defective merchandise, and a postage-paid return envelope will be included with your replacement shipment.

In order to complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchases back to the manufacturer.

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Any item not in original condition, damaged or missing parts due to reasons other than our fault.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery


Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you to approve or deny your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit limit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days. We do not provide return labels for gifts (the return price will be borne by the customer).

Delayed or lost refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company and it may take some time for your refund to be officially released.

Next contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time before a refund is issued.

Specials will be refunded at the price at the time of purchase.


We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact online customer service and mail your item to the address provided by the customer service team.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to the appropriate address provided by the customer service team.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you’re shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All artwork created is for your personal use only and not for commercial use (mass production and/or resale). If you would like to use the artwork you created for commercial use, please notify us first. The price of artwork that will be used commercially will be higher than the standard price.
